  • What is TRACTIONCamp?

    Entrepreneurship masterclass and virtual program

    TRACTIONCamp is a tested method to bring experience-based, peer-to-peer entrepreneurship and business growth knowledge to groups of startup entrepreneurs who have launched an early version of a innovative product, and are looking for growth, sales, fundraising and scalability.

    Peer-to-peer

    Each TRACTIONCamp is an accelerator-style masterclass series, built around the topics of sales, marketing, founder strategy, business strategy, and investor relations. Every topic is delivered by well-known and experienced entrepreneurs or investors from the industry, who share their practical insights in a personal and interactive way.

    Five months of virtual, hands-on acceleration

    This online program, especially designed by Ukrainian Bridge and TRACTIONCamp, and supported by the USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine (USAID CEP), is bringing the value of TRACTIONCamp in the form of a series of biweekly interactive webinars, for selected participants representing high-growth startups with traction perspective. During the sessions, two or three times a month over a 5-month period, participants will interact with the experts, learning from their experience and getting their questions answered and challenges solved. At the end of the 5-month period, participants will be invited to graduation meetings, and the best three graduates will be offered to negotiate a seed investment from a European VC fund. Applications to TRACTIONCamp are open below from December 21, 2020 through January 24, 2021.

    Eligibility requirements:

    To participate, entrepreneurs must be/have:

    • Product-focused startup company
    • From idea to MVP stage, with a functioning team (at least 2 people)
    • Product development must have started not more than 18 months ago
    • Fluency in English, as the entire TRACTIONCamp program is in English
    • Established and located in Ukraine
    • Complete application form at the bottom of this page.

    Ukrainian Bridge and TRACTIONCamp team, supported by the USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine (USAID CEP), will select companies based on their likelihood to succeed.

    Participants selected on the above criteria will be invited to the TRACTIONCamp, and informed how to access to the program virtual sessions.
